  1. They're useful, but I'd recommend getting a bigger one. If you're weighing something that's on a plate, the plate can cover the display and you'll have to come up with a work-around. I'll usually put down a bowl first, then the plate on top of that, then zero out the scale, then put the food on top of the plate. Cumbersome.

    1. I weigh most things on a cheap napkin. Most weigh four grams.

  2. I thought that too last summer, so I got the highest rated one (55,489 reviews) on amazon ($11.99) then I found out I don't use it much. Here tiz: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017OAPPC6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

  3. I have the identical scale. Sometimes you need to measure ingredients accurately as when baking. I use mine a lot and am very pleased with it.

  4. I have the exact model pictured, works great each day for measuring out my coffee grounds. I have also used it to weigh everything from rifle parts to entire rifles.

  5. I have one and use it for almost everything. It's surprising how many foods have a four oz serving size.
