  3. As a Southron I don't know of them. Are they good to eat? Full of fine bones like a Trout?

  4. Member of the whitefish family. Soft, white meat. Easy to catch on a fly. Don't get very big.

    1. Yup. Little black flies or small Mepps spinners, 1's and 0's, does the trick.

  5. yes, they are tasty, pretty mild. The meat does not freeze well.
