And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I have heard of them, but are they edible and what kind of meat?

ReplyDeleteAs a Southron I don't know of them. Are they good to eat? Full of fine bones like a Trout?
ReplyDeleteMember of the whitefish family. Soft, white meat. Easy to catch on a fly. Don't get very big.
ReplyDeleteYup. Little black flies or small Mepps spinners, 1's and 0's, does the trick.
Deleteyes, they are tasty, pretty mild. The meat does not freeze well.
