For those fine cuts

  1. I was stationed in Japan while in the Corps in 1994. Found a home depot-esque store there and bought some basic hand tools. 25 years later, I am still using them. The saw.....I will use that thing before any American type saw. Smooth accurate cuts and it pulls so easy through the wood. Love it.

  2. I've had one on my list for some time, just ordered it.

  3. I have one, but longer and less expensive. Has no kerf, so you can lay it on the stock and not damage it while sawing. (dowels and plugs for example)

  4. Japanese saws cut on the pull stroke instead of the push. Weird.
