And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
The Sikorsky H-5 was actually a pretty damned sophisticated helo for its time. I still remember having a photo of my father suiting up in front of one to go fly it, lifejacket and all.
Two years ago a couple of guys brought their Piasecki H-21 up from Ramona, CA to the Planes of Fame airshow. I hadn't seen one of them in a very long time. It was pretty neat watching his hover maneuvers.
