  1. She's listed as the last surviving dreadnought battleship from the early 20th century, was refloated and repaired and is now a museum docked in Houston.
    Those old ships from that period were fascinating! Built a few models of them when I was a kid.

  2. During D-day in WWII the USS Texas counter flooded herself in order to give her guns more range to push back the Germans. One badass ship!

  3. It just got out of drydock in Galveston and is continuing its $75mm restoration. Still looking for a home, though.
