  2. 62.4lb/ft3. Another number (older, non-SI) engineers never forget, like 32.2ft/sec2. Some of the thermodynamic units were “interesting,” like ft-lbf/lbm-°R. Yup, still have my K+E Log Log Duplex Decitrig.

  3. Most powerful liquid in the world. Responsible for lighting up vast parts of the world through multiple hydropower installations, but responsible for countless deaths attributable to heavy rain, snowmelt, and flash and massive flooding. Odd how that works. Also distributes much needed sediment used for growing crops around the world. Hard at times to live with and impossible to live without. Water, thou art a harsh mistress!
