The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? In Miseryssippi, last time I was there, they had a fat tax for business signs. But no tax for a vehicle in the parking lot with the business name and phone number on the side. So, many businesses have an older unrunning former company truck parked out front. Many of these unrunners were nothing special when they were parked but have become interesting over the decades.
