Felt this at work. About ten seconds or so of gentle rocking. No damage. No panic.
it may be best that smaller earthquakes happen every so often to reduce the pressure on what could be a really bad one, pressure built up over a long time. the more pressure the louder the POP when it happens.
Tsunami warning is cancelled now. Future earthquakes will be scheduled as the planet determines.
