And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Not familiar with this aircraft but it seems likely there would be fuel in each wing and possibly internal tank(s). Not sure what’s in the external pod?
It is regular Croatian Air Force, but painted in the Coat of Arms of Croatia, found on their flag. This aircraft was fully combat ready, but was in this scheme for ceremonial flights. The Mig 21 is in the process of being replaced by the French purchased - The last European user of the Cold War-era Mikoyan MiG-21 – Croatia – has formally withdrawn the aged type from frontline use, as it continues to transition to the Dassault Aviation Rafale
