  1. Most gingerbread I've tried in the last few years is weak. Ginger snaps are stronger and cheaper.

  2. Have you noticed how small all the packaging is getting? What used to be a pound is only like 7-10 ounces now. I feel ripped off every time I open something now.

  4. I have a recipe for what are known as "ginger crinkles." Very soft when first out of the oven, but harden up just like Ginger Snaps when cool. Recipe is from the 1983 Good Housekeeping ring binder cookbook. Best cookbook we've ever used.
