    1. If it's covered with a flexible skin then it might well have a hinge joint. That would certainly help with propulsion. Not sure why it needs fish hooks though.

  2. I assume it has a periodic loiter time at the surface. Uplink antenna in one fin and the downlink antenna in the other. Could be a practical design.

  3. Man, I didn't even know those things existed. Given a different color scheme, very effective spy device - people who live near waterways often ignore them for long periods of time. Out of sight - out of mind. And once discovered, pretty hard to effect instant pursuit.
