And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I agree with Anon 7:39am. I loved jumping ... when I was young. now 30+ years later, and 153 jumps on my log, it's all falling apart. Knees, back, neck. Still, I wouldn't trade it for the world though. it's part of who I am. - Chi.

DeleteI rode in teh back of enough of them, only had to jump twice...
ReplyDeleteI maintained the minimum jumps to stay qualified. I hated jumping. Now 30 years later my knees and hips are in constant pain.

DeleteWell, I guess I am definitely different than the guys above. I LOVED jumping. Most fun I had other than firing weapons.
