Constant stimulation is something we are apparently hard wired to desire

  3. I am elated to read that some government people are seriously considering (more or less) forcing parents to limit their children online time. It is a very real and very serious mental health issue.

  5. Why bother eating out as a group if there is no conversation between each other, breakfast, lunch & dinner table should have a no phone clause. Put it away, turn it off.

  6. So...at holidays I've got half the people coming over with their nose buried in their phones. To some extent, after everyone is full of Turkey, it's fine. But there's a limit.
