    1. Quonset huts were everywhere when I was a lad in the 50s and 60s. Not so much today.

  2. I don't believe it is a Quonset or its older British sister the Nissen Hut. Both used curved steel ribbing that was joined in sections to create the iconic arched/semi-circle shape. The one in the picture appears to be a home made replica.
