  4. Yep. The TVR Grantura used Cortina tail lights too. Tail lights had to meet a DOT standard so many small scale manufacturers and coach builders used off the shelf components. The same Lucas tail light was used on the Alvis TD21 and the Aston Martin DB4 Series 1 and early DB3s used the same tail light as a TR3.
