It's got it all

  1. Many years ago I bought a complete drill index from Harbor Freight just to have all the sizes in a single box.

    The idea was to replace them with a better quality drill bit as needed, in the meantime I generally had the correct sized drill bit on hand with this collection;
    29 fractional sizes 1/16 in. to 1/2 in. by 64ths
    26 letter sizes A to Z
    60 numbered wire gauge sizes 1 to 60

    Reality didn't work out like I planned as darn few were replaced with quality bits. I did however pick up a Drill Doctor bit sharpener which generally does the job when I need a sharp drill bit.

  2. I have one of those indexes too, had it for about 25 year now. Got a few blank spots in the gauge sizes now.

  4. If I were 20 years younger and still doing shop work, I would snap this one up in a heartbeat! I'm tempted anyway!
