    1. That picture was on the cover of the October 1950 Hot Rod Magazine. I believe it's the Kenz-Leslie streamliner. Two Ford flathead V8s. What you're seeing is the intakes for the three two barrel carburetors (Stromberg 97's?) on each engine.

  3. The Plymouth hanging nose first is an art piece by Gonzalo Lebrija, called "Breve Historia del Tiempo" in Oklahoma.

The most traveled Plymouth Duster in the world, and most famous rental car ever - it's on loan : "The sculpture is on loan from Mexico City’s famed La Coleccion Jumex. See it on your next drive through Auto Alley through March 27, 2023." I guess the picture here shows it at its home location in Mexico.
