From the road into Yosemite Valley a few days ago

  1. As I type this looking out my windows at the Pikes Peak mountain range I've never seen so much snow here in Colorado...It's not very deep but 40 miles of mountains white from top to bottom. Few days ago phone went off about winter snow squall warning.

    1. I lived on the west side of Pikes Peak and got tired of shoveling snow and chopping wood. So I moved to Calif and got snowed in for a week.

    2. The 70s had good snow packs along the Front Range and guys older than I am said that the late 50s to early 60s were amazing.
