    And about as accurate as the Revell Models F-19.

    Find an actual pic of the black triangle that's being doing Mach 6 since before we retired the SR-71, and you'll be onto something.

    1. I suspect you're right. The SR71 was fast and economical (relatively) because of the clever bypass engines as much as anything else. The design in the pic looks old tech despite being a nice shape.

  3. They will only show what is old news. The actual plane that resembles the artwork pictured here is now old technology, and we will likely not see it's replacement in our lifetime.

    But it is flying, sure as Aesop is wrong - as always.
