Becalmed

  1. The photo reminds me of surfacing once in the middle of the Indian Ocean, though it was at sunrise, to meet a helo bringing our sub a badly needed part. The water was dead calm, just like the picture, and I saw one of the most glorious sunrises I've ever seen. We were surfaced for not more than 20 minutes. Saw nothing but the sun and the helo. It was pretty amazing.

  6. Seen water like this a lot. Mostly happened a lot at night. Somehow made the ocean even scarier than when the waves were crashing
