First, what glass? Highball? Rocks? Makes a big difference since it calls for 3 dashes of bitters, that's a lot. Also, ice? Or just chill the glass then dump the ice? Garnish? Gin and absinthe normally would call for a lime twist. Seems like an incomplete recipe but I'll try one.
Many versions of "Antoine's Cocktail" or "The Antoine", some with rye, some with brandy or rum. This is the first gin recipe I've seen but as with any cocktail, it depends entirely upon the quality of the ingredients and methods. Anything with tonic though, really requires a high quality authentic tonic water, in other words, NOT Canada Dry or Schweppes or the like.
