      Weekly, I consume at least 1 tin of Beachcliff sardines in mustard right out of the can. Lot less money than the Matiz stuff.

  2. Had sardines on toast for lunch today. Little black pepper and white vinegar for seasoning. I also like the ones with hot peppers, or lemon juice. Second the above about the mustard ones too. I avoid the ones in oil...

    At Wautoma Springs Winery tasting room in Prosser, Wa., they have not only some of the best wines around, but lots of noshy things, including Matiz fishes. Not cheap but the quality is really good. Might have to stop by soon...
