I have taken to eating meat with fresh greens and little or no starch. The days of a huge mound of potatoes or a pile of pasta are over and I feel better for it, by 60 pounds of blubber.
We are on the same page; I didn't have much to lose but it was the threat of cardiac inflammation that turned the page. So wheat, carbs in general, and sugar are off the list.Nice cut of beef and an unusual skillet from CW.
Lodge, I've still got that one too. I had to dig it out of the ashes of the first houses fire some 17 years ago, but it's still good.
