Guess there is no offshore wind ... they could use something to give them a little acceleration to get through the surf.Is that a line going out to the other boat? Maybe they'll make it after all.

Saw this happen On the Lee side of Egmont Key. It can happen if the boat(if your in the cabin to long,or a large ship drags anchor.
The guy on the handheld yelling "HIT IT!" to the tow boat wins the prize.
