That doesn't appear to be a real Calif first edition black plate. They didn't have that many letters/numbers then.

Most of us just call it a "cove"; "cul-de-sac" is a realtor's term.
I think that is a 63 Buick Electra 225 on the right.
Saw the pic, looked for Frank and the boys: Sinatra, Bishop, Sammy, Dean---and all the rest.
