And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I have the older model from about 10-12 years ago and use it extensively. I also have the DeWalt 3"x21" belt sander that is small and light enough to use with 1 hand, use it a lot too, again, from 10-12 years ago.
On the orbital, the bag design is such that it fills up quick and is difficult to clean without completely disassembling it. For small jobs it's not a problem but if I have to use it on a big job I connect the shop vac to it. I fabricated a connection.
Originally I bought the variable speed model , like twenty years ago. The speed control crapped out a while back but I bypassed it and still runs good today , two disk pad replacements exceptions.
