And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I did drive that...er...one similar. A 1956 Isetta my dad bought cause he wanted it. Felt like what I figured a clown car would feel like. 1 cylinder engine, 4 speed. Door was on the front not the side like this one. The small dash and steering wheel rotated out with the door as it opened.

...resemblance to the Isetta is unmistakable...looks to me like a carpenter did a restoration by replacing all the panels in his technology of choice...
