I remember my dad's workshop in the basement of our old Victorian home. He fixed EVERYTHING down there. When he passed my brothers, all professional wood workers, took great pleasure dividing his old tools.
I'm of two minds about saw tills. It's nice to have dedicated storage for tools, but those things take up a lot of wall space, which I can't well afford in my tiny shop.
