    3. You can't tell how "thick" it is. I'm an engineer and I'd like to see a cross section through that "wall". Like most gravity dams it is probably thicker at the bottom.

    4. I remember seeing a seawall (actually a riverwall) in Portland increased in height with plywood in the winter of '96. Near the surface the pressure is actually quite low.
