  1. I think that it's an Albatross but it looks a bit like a Pfalz

    1. Definitely Pfalz d.III, based on the tail shape and the slight separation of wing struts where the mount on the lower wing. The Albatross' struts came and mount on the same point, a true 'V' shape.

  2. Most of those WWI biplanes had a device called an interrupter to
    allow them to shoot through the gaps in the propeller blades. That
    was pretty high tech for the early 20th century.
