And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I had to watch this several times before I figured out what happened here
Yes, hard to see, but it seems that the car and motorcycle went through a red light. The truck was legally proceeding through the intersection. Were the car and the Bike racing each other? Oh well, the guy in the car needs to turn up the radio so they can find him in the woods.
The motorcycle dude better stop at the nearest church and say a prayer along with a offering a donation. Man that just gives me chills to see stuff like that.
Not Russia, the plates are wrong. US size plates. BTW, Russian insurance companies mandate a dashcam due to widespread fraud. You can see it on some videos, where people are still trying to set up a scam, not realizing virtually every vehicle has at least one camera rolling.
