And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
That looks awesome! In my yoot I did some ice-skating, very much enjoyed it.
This reminded me of Heinlein's 'Red Planet' which I read as a boy; the hero had to skate the frozen canals of Mars. Alas, now we know: no frozen canals. I'm disappointed! Imagine what weird sounds they would make!~

Reminds me of youthful ice-fishing trips in Maine, 5-7 trap rigs and a good pair of skates.
