And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Taxiing inside a Seaplane is a bone shaking thrill. I used to commute between St. Croix and St.Thomas, American Virgin Islands in the mid 1980s. You taxi, and taxi and finally the bird sucks free from the water and slowly climbs up to altitude. buying a ticket is only the beginning, you are weighed, your luggage is weighed and heaven help you if you are over the limit. Ditch the weight or you don't go. One of my best memories.
