And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Looking at the terrain behind the cabin, I figure it is too easy to be Norway, and the Russians would likely have more decoration around the window. The same rule you cite that eliminates Greenland applies to Iceland and the Faroes as well. Hence, Sweden or Finland.
I love that bluish colour. I associate it with lots of fresh air, frostnip, and walking the last mile home, tired and hungry. Happiness can be strange.
I hear that. It feels pleasantly cold, and makes me want to light a fire. I hear tell from scientists that the bluish color is due to the scattering of light off the air molecules in the atmosphere, know as the Rayleigh Effect. Same phenomenon causes us to perceive the sky as blue.
Cold winter. Warm inside.
