  3. It's not a mystery ship, the name is visable; and they don’t drag anchors across comm cables. The cut comm cables on purpose, to install On/Off switches that just happen to be on back order.

The vessel GEORGIY USHAKOV is a LNG Tanker built in 2019 and currently sailing under the flag of Bahamas.

  6. Why is it that all shady vessels fly under a Central American or Caribbean flag?

    1. It has nothing to do with a vessel being shady or not. It has everything to do with taxes and regulations. Most cruise ships have Bahamas or Panama flags.
