And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I should have seen these earlier this morning when I was looking for something to add to the Amazon order to save the $3 "today" delivery fee. (This is a 1st World problem! :-)
But: Why would a titanium blade be better? Titanium is known for lightness and strength, but I don't recall any hardness or toughness advantages over steel.
And the spring. I took a look at my old steel blade set and it's coiled spring that goes. I can still use the tool, the blades don't open automatically. All versions, check and tighten the screws. If they fall out and get lost, toss the tool. The titanium blade doesn't effect the longevity of the tool very much.

DeleteThe blade won't rust. Just the gears and the hinge.
