And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

The battery is difficult to extract; reckon that's why they made a replacement. I also have the Bosch drill that uses the same battery- I got lucky with this gear!
Bought this last summer. I agree the battery is hard to remove, but this little tool is as handy as a pocket on a shirt. Works great in tight places as you can use it one handed. Biggskye in Missouri
