And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I have a set fairly similar to this, and its not horrible. The basic "starlight" mode that just uses ambient light isn't great, but when you turn on its IR illuminator it has pretty good range. It outperformed my older, and much more expensive, Gen 1 night vision. Range-wise, it's good enough to backup/scan my high end thermal while hunting. The downside is that the screen is pretty bright, and the eyecups don't wrap around, so you'll highlight yourself to game unless used under a hood or similar enclosure.
