And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Do you use horse radish on your steaks. I've just started making my own with Boars Head horse radish, Hellman's Mayo, Brookstone sour cream and a shot of Worcestershire. A spoonful of each but the Worestershire and pepper to taste.
Been having dental implants procedure, almost ready after about a year to get the final set in about 4 months, planning on being eating steak for B,L,D.
My mind says I'd eat this in one sitting. My 70 year old metabolism says it will be a least two meals. Medium Rare or just a bit less done would be nice.
For those of us who've never seen anything like that, what is it?

Horseradish is excellent with Prime Rib. That and a little au jus.
