Southwest Comfortable

  1. I have to say, that somehow I don't find that space appealing. It looks too artificially casual. Too many "designer" touches - feathers on the cow skull; a candle that has never been lit; pillows in the chairs that look nice but which would actually make sitting in those chairs uncomfortable. Oh, and of course a fireplace that has never, once, been used.

    1. I like the flammable lampshades on the candle chandelier.

  2. How long does that adobe mud structure last? Figure it has to be painted to keep it dry from rain?

  3. Most "adobe" today is not mud but cement-based stucco. My Colorado home being one of them.
