And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I've been by the place a thousand times but have never been inside, as I was working seventeen hours a day. My bride has eaten dinner there when she was on a road crew. She said it was really good, but was always very crowded. Of course, this was years ago under a different ownership.

Looks like it has really gone upscale since 1984, when I was last there. Got a little tipsy on Gold Cadillacs [way sweet] and got into my only real bar fight. In law school at the time. Good times, good times ;>} Oh, and I think the ribs were good.
Me, 1985. Small school so probably ran into each other a time or two. Not in the library though, never went there and did just fine. Actually dated Sherry, the Student Center bar tender for a while. Like I said ... good times, good times ;>}
1985 Anon, nope. A friend and I were always joking about how we'd like to buy a bar in the tropics, put the diploma over the bar and say, "USED to be a lawyer"
