And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

What is that!? I need to introduce that meat to my Reqtec.
Beef rib roast, otherwise known as prime rib. A three rib prime will cost about $150 around here. Smoked one last Christmas on my Z-grill. Outstanding! Break out the Req-tec!
A 4 rib prime rib roast. That is $80 to $90 in my area. I have a 2 rib in the fridge. It will not see the Reqtec as it will be cooked in the oven this weekend. I have a cowboy rib eye for Boxing day that will be cooked on the Reqtec.
I'm just about out of the Trump era priced packages of beef in the deep freezer. It's frustrating. Coming home last night a ten point buck standing in the middle of the driveway. They have built so many houses around me that I can't (legally) fire a gun outside anymore.
My unincorporated part of El Paso County, Colorado, a homeowner can shoot his weapons on his property just about any time he/she wants to ... but shooting game out of season is a no-no.

Looks like prime rib
ReplyDeleteA rack of pork chops ... ?
ReplyDeleteLooks like a standing rib roast, but the sauce looks like mint/yogurt. Not lamb/mutton though. Good beef stands on its own anyway.
ReplyDeleteYah, it's a Rib ROAST.
ReplyDeletePast couple of years this grilled prime rib has been the thing.
Rib ROAST.
Not a Rib Grill.
Nothing I can afford.
ReplyDeleteNOPE, that's a lamb rib roast....check out the mint garnish...ya have to know how to cook that...personally I can make lamb taste like prime rib...
ReplyDeleteLook at the size of the bones compared to the chef's finger. That's not a lamb.
DeleteLooks like beef to me, but the stuff in the bowl is tzatziki.

ReplyDeleteWell, Rib Roast is correct. It could be prime, choice or even utility as a grade of meat. Prime Rib is "Prime".

DeleteJust purchased a 5 bone in roast, $48.00 on sale at a Publix, South Carolina. Got 8 steaks out of it.
ReplyDeleteAbout 75 bucks, if not more, worth of tasty meat
ReplyDeleteFour slices, that last section in the rear is boneless. Wonder what the interiors look like.
