    1. That's right, they would put unpowered drum brakes with a 426 or 440. Bad, even if it only has a 383.

    2. Had a 67 Dodge Coronet, 440 Magnum, 375 horsepower stock. Drum brakes all around. They'd stop once just fine, kinda slow you a little the second time you needed them, and not at all by the third time. Heated up, glazed over, and worthless. You kinda had to plan your stops. Down-shifting helps even as it tears the engine up.

  7. The radiator is probably ok. There is 3 feet of nose on that car before the radiator.

  11. That's why, even if you restore it to stock, I'd put discs up front at least. I know it won't be fully "stock", but I also want to live to enjoy it.

  12. Fenders.and hood are easy to find. Nose piece and headlight covers will cost you dearly. Decal on left front says Super bird.
