And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
For years I'd been ordering my hamburger at the local Friendly's medium rare. One day the waitress replied "We no longer will serve anything less than medium. Period". I replied, "Sorry you don't trust your meat source or your cooks, or is it both?" "But in any case get me a tuna fish sandwich today, tomorrow I'll find another restaurant. "
A waitress told me there was no such thing as med well.
