  4. Haven't had opportunity to try Adobo Honey. Read the info at link and their statement that "aji amarillo, garlic and red onion" are the Trinity of Peruvian cooking is every bit true. Somehow one or all three end up in every a dish. I'll add sweet & mild aji panca, cilantro and basil to a well stocked Peruvian spice rack. Aji Rocoto is also useful but a bit too fiery for my taste.
