  1. One of the few companies that did not trade that old American virtue of being the best that man can make for the Chinesium way of making money . I've got 30 or 40 different Channel Lock tools around here . Some from my Grandpa probably close to 75 years old .

  3. Used to call them 'needle-nose'. Want to guess what a 'nose-picker' looked like?
    Otherwise known as a 'spudger'.

  4. I think they made their name on a tool that was called "water pump pliers". No one calls them that anymore, at least I haven't heard it for 50 years. Most people, even mechanics, call them "channel locks".
