And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
The helicopter is probably operating, you can not see any rotor. That seems like a strange design, with the tall structure acting like a sail you would have to steer into the wind, it would be a hairball trip crossing the ocean in a storm. I wonder if the two sides pump water in deliberately to balance or stabilize the ship during a blow?
Think about the wind created when sailing with "some" speed ... and the natural wind blowing from lateral most time... Shape is not proper for avoiding the air currents opposition. Could have been built but is too thin and acts as a blade, not as a ... bullet.
