  3. I know there are many who truly believe the Earth is overpopulated. However, as a flight crewmember who spends hours staring out the windshields and side windshields of the jet, there are vast expanses of land completely devoid of inhabitants. Flying East to West over Canada is a great example, as one can fly for hours and see few signs of life. It's not at all like the USA. Brazil is another great example.

    1. That's what I say. All one has to do is fly across regions. There are vast tracks of land where few, if any, humans inhabit. B-b-but, there's no water. To that I answer there are thousands of examples of water brought to parched areas and made to prosper.

    2. I rather think the photo depicts electric-powered lighting during the night. While that may bear a resemblance to population density, it would not include people-groups who sleep in the darkness.
