And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

An unexploded rocket embedded in a parking lot in Azerbaijan
I used to do the same thing with the tail fins from expended mortar rounds at Fort Bragg, whenever I found them.
Right in the middle of dirt roads.
I figured if they're paying guys hazard pay for EOD, they should get to go out to the field too, and if I have to do range police cleanup detail on half on North Carolina, somebody else is going to pay, too.
