And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Gotta like a gal who hands you a pistol with a smile.
Not much middle ground in liking or disliking Glocks. For me they work well but for others not so much... I can’t hit the side of a barn with any 1911 I’ve shot but obviously it’s design has been hugely successful. I think I could work with that gal also 😉
After our home was burglarized my ex and I decided to get pistols, and to get formal training to use them. She'd never shot a gun before. Found a great trainer and when we went to the range I saw something kinda scary. My ex's eyes went right dead, her face got totally neutral, and she hit the target nearly dead center. Well, she is my ex now and lives in Canada. I still have her S&W .357 and figure I will always have it. My current g.f. also gets kinda dead eyed with my AR. Hmmm, should I be alarmed or comforted...?
Snowing...no jacket, no gloves, Carhartt beanie, safe grip, cute as hell & smiling? Be still my beating heart. Canya send her north to me? I’ll trade for the sniveling excuses for women we have here now.
I'm more than taken by the red glow in her cheeks. Not that I'm any shooter, just don't care for Glocks. I pledged to 1911's early on. Been known to have an occasional fling with a Mauser HSc.
I'm not a Glock guy so I'll refrain from gripping it, but I'll happily wrap my arms around the lady.

ReplyDeleteI don't see anything wrong with Glocks, I'm just a Springfield Armory person.
DeleteA wise man once told me "There ain't nothing funny about a woman with a gun".
ReplyDeleteWise words for sure.

ReplyDeleteI will second that. A Carhartt hat and her finger isn't on the trigger. Somehow it spoils that smile when their finger is on the trigger

Burris Fast fire, have one. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteShe is not handing you anything. She is showing it off and you better like it or else.
